L’Osteria

Lambrusco Reggiano Doc Sweet Red Sparkling

VARIETAL GRAPE: Lambrusco Salamino 90%, 10% Lancellotta.
55 Gr/L sugars - cl. 0,75
Steeping in red at controlled temperature, Charmat re-fermentation with the addition of fresh must and yeasts.

The color is ruby red with violet hues, at the nose, ripe fruit, full, harmonic and sweet. Accompanies some desserts, excellent with fruit tarts.





Sessantesimo

Lambrusco Reggiano Doc Demi/Sec Red

VARIETAL GRAPE: Lambrusco Salamino 90%, 10% Lancellotta.
33 Gr/L sugars - cl. 0,75
This type of Lambrusco, has it as variant, compared to "L'Osteria", the lowest sugar content.

These two Lambrusco wines can be considered as a starting point for approaching the world of more complex sparkling wines..





Colcer

Lambrusco Reggiano Doc Light Red Sparkling Dry

VARIETAL GRAPE: Lambrusco Maestri 60%, Sorbara 40%.
12 Gr/L sugars - cl. 0,75
Steeping in pink at controlled temperature, Charmat re-fermentation.

Light ruby ​​in color with pink foam, floral scent, where stands a violet note, sour taste fresh and refreshing.
Great for a snack of cold cuts.

 





Bollino Rosso

Lambrusco Reggiano Doc Red Sparkling Dry

VARIETAL GRAPE: Lambrusco Salamino 90%, 10% Lancellotta.
15 Gr/L sugars - cl. 0,75 and cl. 0,375
Steeping in red at controlled temperature, Charmat re-fermentation.

Intense ruby color: this cuvee is a blend balanced with good acidity, light froth, and ripe fruit on the nose.
Excellent with pasta with meat sauce and boiled meats.

 





Foièta

Lambrusco Dell’Emilia Igt Sparkling Dry

VARIETAL GRAPE: 50% Salamino, 50% Ancellotta.
18 Gr/L sugars - cl. 0,75
Steeping in red at controlled temperature, Charmat re-fermentation.

With deep ruby​​ color, is a very important Cuvee for the thickness of wine, with purple foam, good acidity hidden by the complexity vinous, velvety full body and aromas of ripe fruit.
This package is available from harvest 2011.

 





L’Origine

Lambrusco Dell’Emilia Igt Sparkling Dry

The result of ongoing research to make this product the most interesting of Lambrusco. The cuvee is a selection of three types of grapes that comes from the same foothills. After the harvest and the first fermentation,
the wine is left to rest in a glass-lined cement tanks where the cold winter will help to clean the product. In February, it is bottled with selected yeasts for secondary fermentation, bottling will be conducted in a specific phase of the moon and astral. The wine will be ready towards the end of the next harvest and will present with about 2.5 atmospheres and the deposit compacted at the bottom of the bottle.
