Moscato di Cagliari DOC

COLOUR: Golden yellow. FRAGRANCE: Intense aroma, complex, full and rich bouquet, with notes of honey and spices. FLAVOUR: Sweet, well balanced.
GRAPES: Moscato 100%.
AREA: The entire Parteolla region and surrounding areas, with medium caked limestone soils of medium-altitude hills, sub-arid climate.
PRODUCTION: Cold maceration of the crushed grapes for 12 hours, followed by soft pressing. Cold static settling of the must. Fermentation is started by inoculation of selected yeasts. Fermentation under controlled temperature of 12 °C.
PAIRINGS: To round off a meal, with dry pastries.
SERVING TEMP. 10–12°C
