ANTRUM Montepulciano d’Abruzzo Doc

Production area: Loreto Aprutino (Pe); Grape variety: 100% Montepulciano
Vinification: Fermentation and long maceration in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.
Ageing: In French oak for 24 months; Vol: 13.50%; Serving temp.: 18°C
Tasting notes: An austere and aristocratic wine, Antrum is a precious and authentic Montepulciano d’Abruzzo. Deep ruby red in colour, it expresses scents of cherry liqueur, liquorice and milk chocolate. Potent and generous body, with great elegance. Warm, smooth, velvety and pervasive in the mouth, with lingering aromatic persistency. The scents, like liquorice, perceived by the nose are confrmed, with a delicate bitter almond fnish.
Serving suggestions: Roast red meats and game, cured meats and mature cheeses.





DIVUS Montepulciano d’Abruzzo Doc

Production area: Loreto Aprutino (Pe); Grape variety: 100% Montepulciano Vinification: Fermentation and maceration in temperature- controlled stainless steel tanks.
Ageing: Five months’ ageing in oak barrels used for the second time
Vol: 13.50%; Serving temp.: 18°-20°C
Tasting notes: Deep ruby red, evoking red forest fruits, marasca cherries and blueberries, plums and brambles. It is smooth and warm on the palate. Characterised by important but fnely evolved tannins.Very persistent aftertaste with a characteristic liquorice note.
Serving suggestions: This superb Montepulciano d’Abruzzo, is the perfect accompaniment for mixed roast meats, cured meats and mature cheeses. Ideal with structured pasta dishes and risottos.





ANCILLA Montepulciano d’Abruzzo Doc

Production area: Loreto Aprutino (Pe); Grape variety: 100% Montepulciano d’Abruzzo
Harvest: By hand, in October
Vinification: Fermentation and maceration in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.
Ageing: In the bottle; Vol: 13%; Serving temp.: 18°-20°C
Tasting notes: A youthful expression of Abruzzo’s most important autochthonous variety. Deep purplish red, shading to ruby as it ages. Elegance is conveyed by scents of strawberry and plum.
Serving suggestions: Pizza, pasta, tagliatelle with ragout and lasagne. Excellent with a variety of Mediterranean dishes and white and red meats.





ANCILLA Cabernet Sauvignon Colline Pescaresi Igt

Production area: Pianella (Pe); Grape variety: 100% Cabernet Sauvignon
Vinification: Fermentation and maceration in temperature- controlled stainless steel tanks.
Ageing: Ageing in French barriques used for the second time; Vol: 13.5%; Serving temp.: 18°-20°C
Tasting notes: Dark ruby red. Reminiscent of blueberries and raspberries, with a slight herbaceous note and a subtle mineral touch. Structured, full-bodied and persistent, its smooth tannins confrm the dense scents of fruits of the forest in the mouth with a slight note of green pepper typical of the variety.
Serving suggestions: Excellent with red meats and very matured cheeses.
