ARIES Pecorino Colline Pescaresi Igt

Production area: Pianella (Pe); Grape variety: 100% Pecorino
Vinification: Soft pressing and fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.
Ageing: In French oak barrels. In the bottle; Vol: 13.50%; Serving temp.: 12°-14°C.
Tasting notes: Golden yellow colour This rich, velvety and opulent wine expresses the scents of winter fowers, like broom, witch-hazel and osmanthus, and presents a perfect balance between acidity and smoothness. Scents of tropical fruit, such as pineapple and banana, with hazelnut and honey.
Serving suggestions: Perfect with mushroom-based dishes. When aged it is absolutely superb with liver pâté and mouldy cheeses.





DIVUS Trebbiano d’Abruzzo Doc

Production area: Loreto Aprutino ( Pe); Grape variety: 100% Trebbiano
Vinification: Traditional, off skins. Soft pressing and fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Five months in barrells.
Ageing: In the bottle; Vol: 13%; Serving temp.: 10°-12°C
Tasting notes: Bright straw yellow. Perfume of white flowers with scents of unripe fruit and lemon. Lively, young, fresh expression of the character of Trebbiano d’Abruzzo. It presents an almond flavour and a bitterish note typical of the varietal aroma.
Serving suggestions: This Trebbiano d’Abruzzo perfectly embodies its particular varietal characteristics, becoming the ideal match not only for seafood and fish dishes, but also for poultry and medium-mature and mature cheeses.





DIVUS Cerasuolo d’Abruzzo Doc

Production area: Loreto Aprutino ( Pe); Grape variety: 100% Montepulciano
Vinification: Fermentation and short maceration in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.
Ageing: In the bottle; Vol: 13.5%; Serving temp.: 18°-20°C
Tasting notes: Bright cherry red. Floral and fruity. Reminiscent of red fruits like cherries, raspberries and bitter cherries. This rosé wine is the product of short maceration on skins in order to preserve as much of the variety’s freshness and fragrance as possible.
Serving suggestions: A fabulous balance between lively acidity and smoothness makes it perfect for accompanying not only pizza, pasta and a wide range of typically Mediterranean pasta dishes, but also fsh dishes such as the delicious fsh soup known as “Brodetto alla Vastese”.





ANCILLA Trebbiano d’Abruzzo Doc

Production area: Loreto Aprutino (Pe); Grape variety: 100% Trebbiano
Ageing: In the bottle; Vol: 12.5%; Serving temp.: 12°C
Tasting notes: Pale straw yellow with greenish hues. Lively, young and fragrant. This Trebbiano d’Abruzzo is characterised by the perfume of white flowers with a note of green apple.
It expresses all its freshness in the mouth and leaves a pleasant bitterish aftertaste typical of this grape variety. Serving suggestions: The best choice for accompanying fsh dishes, but also a wide range of meat and vegetable recipes. It is ideal with fresh and medium-mature cheeses.





ANCILLA Chardonnay Terre di Chieti Igt

Production area: Montupoli, Miglianico (Ch); Grape variety: 100% Chardonnay
Vinification: Soft pressing and fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.
Ageing: In the bottle; Vol: 14.00 % Serving temp,: 12°-14°C
Tasting notes: Bright straw yellow. This Chardonnay is characterised by the scent of white fowers and notes of apple, pear and melon, with a hint of citrus. Engaging, clear and dry favour, rich in harmonious acidity and lingering aromatic persistency.
Serving suggestions: Chicken and fsh dishes, particularly lobster and shellfsh in general. The perfect accompaniment for cheeses such as Brie, Provolone and Gruyere.
