Extra Brut Millesimato DOCG

This is the fruit of long research in the production of Spumante with the classic method. We wanted to develop these experiences with a wine of rare value, using only Pinot Nero grapes from their vineyards with exceptional soils of vocation and deliberately very low yield per vine. The high quality of the base wine, the most suitable choice of enzymes, the duration of 36 months gives a great character and personality Spumante with strong fragrance and flavor full and graceful. GRAPES: Pinot Nero 100%  TASTING NOTES: pale straw color, with fine abundant and persistent perlage. Great bouquet, along with soothing and reminiscent of sage, mint, apricot and vanilla. Dry, balanced, rich and velvety, vivid fabric backbone and long end.
PAIRINGS: Excellent as an aperitif, excellent with all meals.
ALCOHOL: 12,5%  SERVING TEMPERATURE: 7-8 °C





Cruasé Millesimato DOCG

The harvest is made in box towards the end of August and early September. Perform a soft pressing where the juice is extracted only with the typical pink color with amber reflections. The must obtained is sent to ferment Controllta temperature (18 ° C) in stainless steel tanks. Bottling (triage) is done in the following spring and bottle aging is for a minimum of 36 months. From disgorgement the bottles remain in the cellar for at least another 6 months.
GRAPES: Pinot Nero 100%  TASTING NOTES: Pink pearl with amber nuances with a fine and persistent perlage. Great bouquet, fresh and elegant reminiscent of sage, mint, apricot. Dry, harmonious and velvety, with hints of fruit and a long end.
PAIRINGS: Excellent as an aperitif, excellent with all meals.
ALCOHOL: 12,5% SERVING TEMPERATURE: 7-8 °C





Extra Dry Cuveé Eleonor DOC

With the prestigious Pinot Nero grapes from Oltrepo Pavese, from the best vineyards, the Giorgi brothers produces a excellent Pinot Spumante Extra Dry: grapes are harvested early to get a must with strong acidity, which is essential to produce a major Spumante; fermentation with selected yeast lasts for at least 10 months at a constant controlled temperature. The result is an elegant Spumante "Cremant" with fine and persistent mousse, bouquet, full flavor and fragrance. GRAPES: Pinot Nero 100%  TASTING NOTES: Pale straw color with green tints. At nose is well pronounced and distinct, fresh and fragrant, perfume of golden apple, with hints of wormwood. Lively, harmonious with velvety and elegant nerve.
PAIRINGS: Excellent as an aperitif, with seafood and all meals.
ALCOHOL: 12% SERVING TEMPERATURE: 7-8 °C
