SALAME CUOREMATTO

“Cuorematto” salami is an exclusive product of Renzini Salumi dell’Umbria, with which the company wanted to highlight its need to offer an absolutely innovative and practical yet high-quality product. The base ingredient, in fact, is wild boar meat taken from the greatly valued legs and mixed with a small percentage of pork meat to tone down the strong flavour. The long period of aging, which is greater than for other sausages, brings out the essence and quality of this newborn cold cut with an old-fashioned flavour.





SALAME DI CINGHIALE ELITE

Elite wild boar salami for slicing has the effervescent personality of a product made with a skilful mixture of lean wild boar meat and a minimum amount of pork. Processed entirely with a knife, selecting the best leg and shoulder meats, it is stuffed into a natural casing and tied by hand. It is then left to age for a period of approximately 90 days so that it can acquire the unique qualities that make it a product suited to even the most demanding palates.





SALAME DI CINGHIALE

The natural taste of wild boar meat, which is already flavourful, finds its maximum expression in this salami that continues to be very successful with our regular customers. Processed entirely with a knife, selecting the leg and shoulder meats, it is stuffed in a natural casing and tied by hand.





SALAME DI CINGHIALE AL PEPE

This salami requires a high level of artisan skill to produce it since it is entirely processed with a knife by our master pork butchers, who select the best leg and shoulder meats. The product is then stuffed in a natural casing, tied by hand and left to age for a period of approximately 90 days.





SALAME CINGHIALETTO

Delicious and appetising, wild boar meat also comes in this smaller version, where the pork is harmoniously blended with the wild boar. It is processed entirely with a knife, stuffed in a natural casing and tied by hand and then left to age for a period of approximately 40 days.





SALSICCIA DI CINGHIALE

Wild boar sausage, which has always been one of the most important products for Renzini, comes in a vacuum-packed package that preserves the product’s fragrance over time without affecting the product’s weight. Processed entirely with a knife, selecting the leg and shoulder meats of the wild boar and a small amount of pork.
