PROSCIUTTO DI CINTA

“Prosciutto di Cinta Umbra” is one of Renzini’s top products and sums up all of the prerogatives of a high class deli meat: high quality, excellent raw materials, meticulous care during preparation, and prolonged aging in the cool, crisp air of the mountains that surround ancient Norcia, the indisputable homeland of pork butchery.





LOMBO DI CINTA

The pork loin is one of the best parts of the pig and the tenderloin is one of the most valued parts of it. The product is processed fresh and dry salted, which is the best method. It features regularly cut, very lean slices with an incredibly delicate taste similar to a good prosciutto, but with a sweeter, mouth-watering flavour.





CAPOCOLLO DI CINTA

It’s a typical product of the Umbria delicatessen tradition, obtained from one of the finest parts of the pig; although it has a more modest appearance, it vies with the most accredited prosciuttos for the title of the prince of cold cuts thanks to the refined taste and delicate fragrance of the slices, which are lightly savoury and full of flavour.





GUANCIALE E LARDO DI CINTA

Cinta Senese guanciale is a deli meat unfamiliar to most. It is taken from the pig’s cheek, which after it is rounded in shape, is cured in the same way as pancetta. It is trimmed and seasoned with garlic, salt and pepper. It is aged in the open air for 5/8 months. Excellent in the kitchen for adding fragrance and dressing many dishes, including the famous Amatriciana pasta.





SALAME DI CINTA

For true gourmets, the taste and quality of a salami define better than any other product the quality standards of the producing company. Renzini’s Cinta Senese salami, made from a blend of lean leg and shoulder meat and pancetta fat, which are skilfully seasoned, will exceed expectations.





SALSICCIA DI CINTA

Sausage is undoubtedly one of the most appreciated cold pork meats due to its versatility and flavour which everyone seems to enjoy. The local Cinta Senese sausage best expresses the unique qualities of a product taken from the high-quality meats of pigs raised in a wild state, which are skilfully blended with natural flavourings and aged until they reach the right level of maturity.
