The jam tart, from the classic tart with apricot jam to the fresher version with lemon jam, or to the tasty chocolate one.

The classic apple and raisin strudel, or with berries, or in an original version with pear and chocolate chips.

Dolce mandorlato (cake with almonds) is also interesting: crunchy outside and soft inside.

And, to conclude, trecce (sweet braided loaves), always braided by hand, with custard and raisins, chocolate chips or pistachio cream!
