What is Negrini's flagship product?

Our flagship has always been Mortadella, which we produce in different types and sizes. In fact, the company was founded in the 50s with mortadella, which remains one of our strengths today, thanks also to the experience accumulated over time.

But Negrini is not just Mortadella, right?

Exactly. Negrini product range extends beyond Emilia, offering specialties from all over the country. Thanks to a state-of-the-art establishment and a philosophy oriented towards the development of new products, today it offers a wide range of salami, coppa, pancetta, roasts and, finally, cooked and seasoned hams.

What is the Negrini company today?

It is a company that has established itself on the market not only in Italy, but in the main European and extra-European markets, thanks to automated and efficient meat processing and packaging plants and an internal laboratory for quality control of products. We are BRC and IFS certified and can count on a computerized traceability system.
