You’ve been on the market since many years, what’s your secret?

Exactly! Over the years we’ve been keeping on evolving! The factory was born in Altopascio un 1989 but only in 2005 we started the production of gluten-free products and designed a new brand: NUTRIFREE. We wanted to specialize in intolerances and specific diets by creating a product combining both taste and quality.

In 2007 we opened the first plant certified for the sole production of gluten-free products and we released our first product: bread. Five years later we inaugurated our second plant and started the production of the first gluten-free biscuits. In 2015 a third factory was opened for the production of lactose-free rusks that paved the way for other lactose –free products.

What about the factory today?

Today we’re proud to have a long-time experience in the gluten-free market, owning 3 plants for the sole production of gluten-free products. We can say we’re a leading facility in the food intolerance market and a   reference point for the new nutrional needs.

We offer a complete range of gluten-free products together with a wide choice of milk and lactose-free products, all of them LFree guaranteed and certified.

So your range of products is really wide, isn’t it?

Yes it is. Starting from sliced bread, bread rolls, snacks and bread substitutes, flours, breadcrumbs up to many products for breakfast or  for any time you feel like eating something. Available in different sizes: single servings, multipacks or maxi packs, perfect for all the sales channels.
