 Delicious traditional Umbrian ragu

Renzini, following its own philosophy of territoriality, tradition and high quality offers a gourmet line of Ragu.

They are ideal for seasoning pasta, either egg or long durum wheat semolina pasta, but they are also excellent for the preparation of appetizers, bruschetta, crostoni (toasted bread) and polenta.

The goodness is enclosed in a small jar, practical and ready to use!

There are several types available: meat sauce with duck meat, roe deer, deer, hare or wild boar; and also a Norcina-style ragu with sausage and porcini mushrooms or with truffles. Finally the Tuscan and Umbrian ragu.
