The spreads of Via Rafi Numero Uno include different types of paté of fresh vegetables and pulses, chopped and reduced to a spreadable paste.

Different tastes, to try for the most appetizing aperitifs, with a rich, particular flavour and exceptional consistency of the mince in which the original raw materials of the Salento area are still easily identifiable.

The same processing methods - guaranteeing maximum respect for the natural product - is used to make orange, tangerine and lemon marmalades. Perfect for breakfast or for filling desserts, but also for modern gourmet cuisine paired with meats and cheeses.

The Via Rafi Numero Uno spreads are available in 125 g. jars. The patés choice is wide and very tasty: artichokes, red peppers, sun-dried tomatoes, black olives, onions, spicy sauce, yellow peppers, green sauce, chickpeas, broad beans. Orange, mandarin and lemon marmalades are available in 160 g. jars.

Ingredients: 60% turnip tops, green beans, extra virgin olive oil, onion, chilli, lemon juice (sulphites), vinegar and citric acid.

Spicy sauce

A paté with a bright colour and a strong and spicy taste with a consistency that is felt under the teeth, intended to enhance any dish that serves as a side dish. Delicious with fresh cheese or on croutons as an appetizer or snack. Excellent in stuffed rolls and meatloaf with a particular spicy flavour. It is also used as a condiment for pasta or for garnishing pizza.

Ingredients: Chilli peppers, olive oil, artichokes, sun-dried tomatoes, aubergines, grilled champignon mushrooms, capers, basil, salt, garlic. Acidity regulator: citric acid.

A coarse paté made without a combination of ingredients, but only with a skilful blend of black Pugliese olives that makes it perfumed and tasty. Great to quickly season, at the last moment, tasty pasta and risotto. It goes well with croutons as an appetizer or snack, but it's intended to enhance any dish that serves as a side dish.
