  Grilled artichokes

  

  The artichokes, selected with the utmost care, are cleaned, cut into quarters and grilled. Seasoned with garlic, mint and chilli pepper they are preserved in olive oil. With a balanced flavour, excellent as an appetizer.

  Grilled champignon mushrooms

  

  Grilled mushrooms are preserved whole or in pieces in olive oil and seasoned with parsley, black pepper and garlic. They are served as appetizers, as a side dish to meats and cheeses or to garnish pizzas and croutons.
