Grapes: Lambrusco Reggiano DOC: 70% Salamino, 30% Ancellotta
Fermentation: Refermentation with the Charmat method
Colour: intense ruby red with purple reflections
Alcohol content: 11% vol
Excellent with first courses of meat, game and long-cooked meats

Grapes: Lambrusco Dell'Emilia IGT 50% Salamino, 50% Ancellotta
Fermentation: Long Charmat in autoclave with yeasts at 18°C.
Colour: Intense and brilliant ruby red
Alcohol content: 11.5% vol
Excellent with appetizers of cold cuts and meat dishes
