'Ancilla' was the young girl who poured wine during the Roman period and deliberately wants to underline how the wine of this line is a young, fresh wine that expresses its potential immediately after bottling.

Four wines are part of this line: Montepulciano DOC, Cerasuolo DOC and two white wines Trebbiano DOC and Cococciola IGT.
