This Pecorino IGT is a sophisticated wine, it is an important wine.

The particularity of this wine derives also from the fact that after the fermentation of the must, a part of the wine makes a passage in French tonneaux until bottling, where the two wines are then assembled.

It has a nice texture, almost creamy; aromatic herbs such as basil, rosemary and thyme stand out on the nose.
