Salento is a land of red wines par excellence, but Menhir can also count on excellent white wines!
Both Pass-O and Sale derive from Fiano grapes, the first one in pure form, the other combined with Malvasia Bianca.
Pass-O, with its original and attractive appearance, is the fruit of a late harvest of Fiano; It is fragrant, fresh, floral and persistent.
Sale, with its golden hints, is also certainly floral but with citrus notes. Perfect for any meal, especially with cheese, fish and shellfish.

Grape variety: 50% white Fiano - 50% white Malvasia IGP Salento.
Aged on fine lees for at least 3 months in steel tanks.
Alcohol content: 12.5° vol.
Characteristics: fruity, fresh, with almond aftertaste
Pairings: marinated fish, seafood, grilled fish (grilled octopus) -

Grape variety: 100% white Fiano IGP Puglia.
Aged on fine lees for at least 3 months in steel tanks.
Alcohol content: 14° vol.
Characteristics: warm, enveloping, with honey notes.
Pairings: raw seafood, shellfish, smoked meats and medium-aged sheep's cheese.
