“Le Speciali” line includes festive and particular shapes which enrich the selection of Classics.
Some shapes are made even more special thanks to the bronze wire-drawing technique, which gives peculiar richness and roughness to pasta, making it able to retain any type of sauce at best.
Its texture is more porous and rough; slow and low temperature cooking ensures that durum wheat organoleptic properties are preserved.
Margherite, mafaldine, medium and large pasta nets, farfalle and farfalloni (large farfalle), lasagne sheets and cannelloni are the shapes included in Alberto Poiatti "LE SPECIALI" line.
To these, add the bronze wire-drawing pasta: square spaghetti, pappardelle, calamarata, fusilli bucati (holed fusilli), gigli and orecchiette.
