Our long pasta is made only with fresh eggs and excellent quality flour and is characterized by a rough but thin texture, perfect for holding the sauce and cooking in a few minutes.
We offer traditional tagliatelle, which pairs perfectly with meat sauce; bigoli, a typical Venetian pasta with a very rough surface, tagliolini that blends well with light sauces and fish and lasagne to be made in traditional fashion with either meat sauce or vegetables.
The gnocchi, with a very soft and compact dough, complete the range.
