Three types to satisfy every palate

How do you prefer your oil? Light, intense or unfiltered?

Congedi offers us its Apulian extra virgin olive oil 100% Italian, in three different types.

The Leggero (Light) extra virgin olive oil is a signature oil, with a gentle and elegant scent, and a sweet fragrant flavour tending to delicate almondy. It comes from ripe olives of the “Ogliarola Salentina and Cellina di Nard” quality, and it is produced in strict accordance with the ancient methods passed on for centuries. You will not regret matching it with mixed vegetable salads, white pasta dishes with shellfish, vegetables fries, high quality fish, roast, grilled white meat and fresh cheese.

The Intenso (intense) oil represents, year after year, the best company production as it is obtained from the varieties that performed at best in the latest oil campaign. It presents itself in a green-gold colour, and it is therefore meant for the most expert tasters or simply for the most demanding palates. It is perfect to be tasted on marinated shellfish, vegetables au gratin, vegetable purée, steamed legumes, pasta dishes with mollusks, boiled fish and fresh cheese, high quality fish.

Finally, the Non Filtrato (unfiltered), an extra virgin olive oil created from a thorough selection of ripe and healthy olives. A virgin must with full body, pleasantly sweet, tasty and savory. Thanks to its aroma, it will satisfy the palate of the most demanding clientele. It is not filtered but only subjected to periodic transfers. It is ideal with mixed vegetable salads, white pasta dishes with shellfish, vegetables fries, high quality fish, roast, white grilled meat and fresh cheese.
