The anchovy fillets are one of the historical products of the company, appreciated for their quality, their Italian origin (Adriatic Sea) and recipe.
Obtained from processing the fresh product, Medusa anchovies are slightly marinated and seasoned with oil, herbs and spices to get the typical aromatic taste.
The fragrance and the characteristic softness are achieved following a process that has not changed over time and that guarantees the absence of any additive, coloring or preservative.
Medusa anchovies are an excellent ingredient for salads, to garnish sophisticated dishes or as a tasty aperitif.
An extra suggestion? Lay the anchovies on a dish and add capers, minced garlic, lemon juice and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil. Garnish with oregano and lemon zest to conclude!
