Qualitalia Puglia, an agri-food company, of which Via Rafi Numero Uno is the main brand, is always attentive to the needs of each individual customer.

He then developed a line for the food service, thereby offering most of its products in jars of about 3 kg, useful for catering professionals and large retailers.

The range is wide and always characterized by the selection of fresh seasonal vegetables picked from the lands of Salento: grilled aubergines, dried tomatoes, grilled champignon mushrooms, mushroom mix, chilli peppers rounds, grilled vegetables trio, lampagioni (small onions), broad beans and chicory, grilled courgettes, grilled peppers and olives.

The food service jars are available in 3kg format and offer a wide selection of grilled aubergines, dried tomatoes, grilled champignon mushrooms, mushroom mix, chilli peppers rounds, trio of grilled vegetables, lampagioni (wild small onions), broad beans and chicory, grilled courgettes, grilled peppers and olives.

Grilled champignon mushrooms

Grilled mushrooms are preserved whole or in pieces in sunflower oil and seasoned with garlic and chilli. They are served as appetizers, as a side dish to meats and cheeses or to garnish pizzas and croutons.

Ingredients: Champignon Mushrooms (Agaricus Bisporus), sunflower oil, salt, vinegar, garlic, parsley, black pepper. Acidity regulator: citric acid.

Grilled aubergines

The aubergines, cut into slices and grilled, are preserved with minced garlic, oregano and chilli pepper that give it a fresh and delicious taste. Excellent as a side dish for meats and cheeses, as an appetizer or snack.

Ingredients: Aubergines, sunflower oil, salt, vinegar, garlic, oregano, chilli. Acidity regulator: citric acid.

They can be used as starters, added to mixed salads, to simply garnish pizzas, focaccia, or pasta sauce. In this recipe, the flavoured and perfumed oil can be used for cooking or for seasoning salads.

A lively assortment of firm and perfectly intact mushrooms, arranged randomly in the jar, covered with sunflower oil and seasoned with chilli and garlic. Ideal as appetizers, or for a snack with bread, cheese or to garnish pizzas and croutons.

Ingredients: Mushroom Musk (Volvariella volvacea), Morgue (Pleurotus ostreatus), Nameko (Pholiota nameko), Schiitake (Lentinula edodes), Prataioli (Agaricus bisporus), sunflower oil, salt, vinegar, garlic, chilli. Acidity regulator: citric acid.
