We present you Le Ralle, a versatile line, which comes in three varieties: red, white and rosé wine.
Le Ralle Rosso (Red): a great Aglianico del Vulture DOC, an expression of the quality of the Alovini winery, is a full-bodied, elegant and balanced wine awarded by Slow Food.
Deep ruby red in colour with slight garnet reflections, in the nose it has delicate aromas of violet, currant and raspberry, with slight oak notes; in the mouth it is dry, tasty, persistent and pleasantly tannic. A classic wine to accompany roasted red and white meats, savoury Mediterranean pasta dishes, game and hard cheeses. The Aglianico Le Ralle is the classic wine for all meals, satisfying all tastes.
Le Ralle Bianco (White) is a Greco Basilicata IGT, cited among the best 100 white wines by the authoritative Times of London.
The perception, on the nose, is above all of yellow fruit, exotic, and just ripe; banana and pineapple are the first sensations. Brilliant straw-yellow with light golden reflections, it is fruity and aromatic, with a great structure, well-suited to aging in the bottle. Full-bodied wine, excellent as an aperitif and combining well with rich appetizers, risotto, shellfish and fish dishes and white meats.
Le Ralle Rosato (Rosé): produced from Aglianico and Montepulciano grapes, produced in a modern version compared to the traditional rosé of southern Italy, rich in colour and body, with hints of strawberries and cherries.
A wine for all meals, it is suited to aperitifs, appetizers, soups, risotto, fresh cheeses and white meats. It should be served at about 12 ° C and consumed within 24 months.
