The "Remigio Family Lambrusco" line celebrates, in the name of the founder Remigio Medici, the important honourable mention of the Gold Medal and the Cross of Merit awarded at the International Expo in Rome in 1911. This new line, celebrating the company's centenary, holds the historical brand in a new guise and, with its image, dedicated to the founder Remigio Medici, is an absolute novelty in Ca' de' Medici production.

Only the best of the grapes selected in the various Cru are predestined to this symbol line. And only in the best years.

The products of the "Remigio Family Lambrusco" line are made from 100% natural Lambrusco must. Through a long and slow low temperature mono-fermentation over 2/3 months, the must is transformed into wine finished in the same autoclave from harvest to bottling.

The result of this process is a fresh and fruity wine, with a particular and unique taste, a refined perlage and an extension of the average life of the product without the use of chemical substances.

Grapes: 100% Lambrusco Grasparossa DOC (Reggio Emilia)

Fermentation: The main feature is the obtainment through a single long and slow mono natural fermentation from must to finished wine.

Colour: Intense ruby red with violet hues, full bodied and velvety to the taste

Alcohol content: 11% vol

Excellent with first and second courses and with long-cooked meat preparations such as braised and stewed meat. Perfect with aged cheeses
