Donna Rosa by Fattoria San Francesco is a rosé wine, still and mellow, which is easily combined with rich appetizers, first and second courses, dishes based on fish and white meats. The grapes are those of Gaglioppo, vinified in rosé. To make this wine even more special, it is also aged for about 4 months in French oak barrels.

Settemari by Fattoria San Francesco is a still and mellow white wine; a perfect accompaniment to appetizers, it is enhanced with first courses of fish, shellfish, seafood and fish soup and cheeses. The white Greco grapes here are perfectly blended with those of Chardonnay. The result is an extremely drinkable, fruity white, with a young and fresh bouquet.
