Rosso Classico Superiore Riserva Duca dell'Argillone is a wine with an intense flavour, complex, alcoholic but, at the same time, elegant and persistent; aromas of dried fruit, hints of minerals, tobacco and vanilla complete and give fullness to the bouquet.
Obtained from 100% Gaglioppo grapes, it is aged in French oak barriques for 18/24 months and a further four months in bottle at controlled temperature.
This wine, which finds its maximum realization with food, is an excellent accompaniment to dishes of refined Mediterranean cuisine, ideal for roasted and braised meats, game, mixed grills, aged cheeses.
To fully appreciate its roundness and elegance, we recommend decanting it.
