The octopus carpaccio by Medusa can be served as appetizer or as main course. The thin octopus slices, slightly marinated, are already ready to be served on a plate with just a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and parsley, or with a side-dish of boiled potatoes or fresh celery!
If you’re looking for other kinds of carpaccio, you can try the ones made by Medusa with swordfish or salmon, slightly marinated and seasoned with Mediterranean spices.
