It’s made using 100% Sicilian durum wheat only, but that’s not all! It’s used only the highest-quality one, with a 14% protein content: the result is a pasta with a special consistency, holding up perfectly to cooking and with and excellent taste!

It’s drawn by bronze ties to give it the perfect coarseness and it’s dried at low temperatures to preserve the important nutrition facts such as proteins, minerals and vitamins. 

You can choose among many different shapes: from the traditional long or short ones, up to peculiar shapes for more creative recipes!
