The grains are firm and starchy, from Italian rice fields only, and absorb all kind of sauces slowly. The result? A perfect risotto, ready in 12 minutes only. You can choose the rice with saffron or the one with porcini mushrooms and then customize it adding the ingredients you prefer. Lots of different recipes ready in a few minutes!
