The anchovy fillets by Medusa are a real specialty! Coming from the Adriatic Sea, mostly from the sea near Chioggia, they’re processed when fresh and traditionally marinated in vinegar and lemon and then preserved in oil.
Perfect as appetizer or as finger-food at pre-dinner, they can be served alone or enriched with other ingredients.
