The filling combines the crunchiness of kataifi noodles, typical of the Middle Eastern cuisine, with the softness of pistachio cream, becoming unique and rich in taste. The dough is the one of the large leavened pastries by Zaghis, the result of a long leavening process that makes the dough light, airy and fluffy. The topping is made out of a chocolate glaze with pistachio grains and gives the final touch to this special panettone.
